Personal Training

 

Performance Training

Designed especially for the serious athlete.  This program will improve strength and athleticism, while providing specific conditioning necessary for a smooth transition to their chosen sport.

In season or off-season, programs are individually written for the serious athlete. All programs are safe effective and educational to improve over all athletic performance. Maximizing improvement in the following areas will enhance sport performance:

  • Muscular strength & Power

  • First step quickness

  • Torso Training, agility

  • Efficient running and jumping form

  • Speed: Multi directional

  • Aerobic & anaerobic endurance

 

Youth Strength & Conditioning

Provides the younger athlete with a solid foundation to improve overall fitness, while developing strong, fast, well-balanced confident athletes.

Ages 9 and up


All programs provide the option of small group training, team training or 1 on 1
